Highly recommend this furniture store. Very helpful and accommodating — even if you’re indecisive, they work with you. The delivery team is great, friendly, and professional. The store is nice, not too big or overwhelming, but has everything you need. It has a small team with a family business feel; staff have a great memory, stay on top of orders, and sort everything out, responding in a timely manner. The place seems well-managed and organised — exactly what you want during the stress of moving and purchasing new furniture.

Great Service! I purchased a Portsea bed recently (which I love!). Kym was amazing - she was so friendly and professional. It took me a while to decide what I wanted but Kym was very patient during this process. Definitely recommend.

We need a new mattress and we decided on a king size which meant we also needed a new base, we decided on a bed frame and mattress. Tony was brilliant, we measured and measured to make sure it would fit into our room, he even put the mattress we wanted on to the frame we wanted to make everything was ok that was on Friday, we had it delivered on Wednesday. Quality furniture, great prices, excellent service, good delivery service and fast assembly of bed frame. We are returning customers. I am very happy. Thank you ☺️

These guys are all bloody awesome! Tina & Brad did plenty of research before I turned up so they knew which one to recommend me that is similar to what I purchased previously. Taylor & Brad are super friendly & helpful which turned into further purchases. I felt confident with my orders & got all the info I needed. I purchased a bed at the Beaudesert store at an amazing price, from very friendly and helpful staff. Who were knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The service was unbelievable it was ordered Sat and delivered by Thurs with a public holiday in-between and install by 2 lovely delivery guys. When I need anything I am going back to them, again 5 stars to the rural store.

Absolutely exceptional service from all staff from simply walking in for a look to finding the most comfortable lounge on the planet! We went to all the major furniture stores and sat on dozens and dozens of couches until we came here and not only is the product second to none but the entire process was more like a pleasant experience rather than just a simple transaction. I will recommend you guys to everyone I talk to! Absolutely stoked with the lounge!! 😁

Huge store, fantastic range, and the best service I have ever had anywhere from not just the store but the delivery guys also. I just bought our second mattress from here as I was impressed with the service the first time. Dave served us this time and he was very patient and bent over backwards to help us in every way he could. And he knew what he was talking about which made it easier still. So I purchased the Pinnacle firm queen to help with back issues I have been having. And also one of their high back computer chairs to help with my back also. I asked him if he could write on the delivery docket to not run over our concrete edges as they break. When the delivery truck came, one of the guys got out and stood behind the truck as it reversed up the driveway, even though it is a nice wide driveway, but he did this to make sure that there was no way they went anywhere near the concrete edges. I have never seen anyone care that much, and be that careful and respectful. I was very impressed. And these delivery guys were also very kind, courteous and friendly and bent over backwards to do what they could to please with what we wanted. I could not have asked for more. Many thanks to all of you for impeccable service and such genuine care. I will recommend you to all and will purchase again without a second thought. The store is HUGE and has a massive range. It does not matter where you are in Brisbane, it is worth the effort to travel here for the price, service and range and have no doubt you will not be disappointed. Geoff and Shirley

We are new to Beaudesert and needed to buy some furniture for our new home and had a wonderful experience at our local Furniture Court store. All of the staff that helped us- Mazzie, Kym, David and the great delivery team were wonderful. My wife and I cannot praise their wonderful service enough.
