Customer orders / laybys have a minimum deposit of 20% of the total purchase price.
Special order items require a non-refundable 50% deposit.
Laybys must be paid in full within eight weeks of the initial payment.
The due date specified for products on order is based on information provided by the supplier at that time and is subject to change.
Cancelled customer orders / laybys, which are not special orders, incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the total purchase price.
Products not paid in full remain the property of Boonah, Ipswich and Beaudesert Furniture Court.
Full payment is required prior to or on delivery of the items purchased.
All purchases delivered or collected must be signed for and any damages noted on the delivery docket.
If a customer is unable to take receipt of the items purchased at the arranged delivery time, there will be an additional delivery charge.
Refunds will not be provided for change of mind or wrong selection of products.
If it is agreed to return any products, they must be in their original packaging and condition and may be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price.
Any old furniture required to be moved during delivery will be done at the owner’s risk.
